In 1992, David Yonggi Cho, pastor of the largest church in the world in Seoul, South Korea, was preaching in Seattle, when he began to pray for revival in America.
As he prayed, the Lord led him to take a map of America and to point his finger on the map. It landed on Pensacola, Florida. At that moment, the Lord told him “I am going to send revival to the seaside city of Pensacola, and it will spread like fire until all of America has been consumed by it.”
3 years later, on Father’s Day, a powerful 5-year long revival known as the Brownsville Revival started in Pensacola after a message preached by Steve Hill.
